    What does it cost to join ADU Mastermind?
    ADU Mastermind is a paid community. Founding member rate is $1,499, which locks in your membership for life at that rate. After the founding cohort closes the price increases to $2,499. The application itself is completely free and takes under 5 minutes. If accepted, you will receive a payment link and onboarding details within 24 hours of your interview. We also host a free monthly webinar open to anyone who wants to experience what the community is built on before committing to membership.
     
     
    You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. A member of our team reviews every message and typically responds within one business day. If your question is about your application status, please make sure to include your name and the email you applied with so we can look you up quickly.
     
     
    The application itself takes under 5 minutes to fill out. After submitting, you’ll typically be contacted within 3–5 business days to schedule a short interview call. The call is usually 15–20 minutes. If accepted, you’ll receive access instructions within 24 hours of the call.
     
     
    Not necessarily. What we look for is genuine intent and readiness — whether that means you own property and are actively exploring an ADU project, or you’re a professional who works with investors and wants to deepen your expertise. Pure curiosity without any real estate context or investment intent is generally not a fit.
     
     
    Absolutely — and it’s one of the best ways to grow the community with the right people. If you know a serious investor or real estate professional who would be a strong fit, send them to our application page. You can also include your name in the “how did you hear about us” field so we know you sent them.
     
     
    ADU Mastermind is not a marketplace and membership is not intended for vendor promotion. That said, vendors and service providers who also have a genuine investor or professional perspective are welcome to apply. If you’re interested in a partnership or sponsorship arrangement, use the contact form and select “Partnership” as the topic.
     
     
    Once you’re a member, all upcoming sessions, calls, and community events are announced inside the group. Non-members can stay in the loop by downloading our free ADU Investor’s Starter Guide — subscribers receive occasional updates about community news and open application windows.
