The beginning
It started with a problem no one was solving.
Two decades in the field. Kevin spends 20+ years investing in real estate and building ADUs across San Diego. Over 100 projects and a $20 million portfolio later, he has the contractor network, the financing playbook, and the deal instincts most investors spend a lifetime trying to develop.
The realization. Every serious investor Kevin met was hitting the same walls he hit early on. No community. No trusted contractors. No straight answers. The information that actually mattered was locked inside private networks.
